Partner Training is an affordable way to have access to the expertise of a trainer while keeping the cost of each sessions down. At a 2 or 3 to 1 client to Personal Trainer ratio you add the motivation of a workout partner to the knowledge and guidance you are receiving from your personal trainer.

Group/Class Training are another option for people that enjoy more of a social setting. This is a great way to have fun and exercise with other like-minded individuals, as you work through a range of different training styles. Boxing, circuit training, abs, agility and core work are just a few of the different types of styles that you will experience in our programs.

Training is available in your home, office or gym or my home studio. Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, or re-schedule an appointment time please provide me with a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session. Any cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged as a full session.
