Pound Rockout Workout – Pound is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Thick mat is required. Stix will be provided.
Power Core & Cardio – An interval class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and core strength training. These classes are designed to be different all the time, and push you harder than you would push yourself. Equipment needed – mat
Cardio Boxing – A high-energy-calorie-burning class using drill based kickboxing exercises, involving kicks, jabs, punches, skipping, resistance training and sparring. This class is the perfect combination of boxing and cardiovascular training to help increase your speed, agility and strength. Gloves and target pads are provided. If you have your own set bring them with you. Thick Mat required.
Circuit Craze – Not afraid to sweat or of getting breathless? Then this high intensity interval class is for you!! Torch calories, burn fat and build strength, power and agility with the help of a few fitness toys and innovative interval training methods. Get ready to work your entire body!
Classes not for you? Then perhaps Personal Training is an option. 1 on 1 and partner training available. Customized workouts designed specifically with your goals in mind. Training can be provided in my home studio or I can come to you. Refer to the Personal Training section under programs for more information.
